Tip: Before using DocuVerse services, you must carefully read and abide by the DocuVerse User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as this Agreement) and DocuVerse Privacy Policy. Terms excluding or limiting liability may be displayed in bold font, so you should read it carefully.
When you follow the prompts on the registration page to fill in the information, read and agree to this agreement, and complete all registration procedures, or when you actually use this service in other ways permitted by DocuVerse, it means that you have fully read, understood and accepted the entire content of this agreement. This agreement will become legally binding. You promise to accept and abide by the terms of this agreement. At that time, you shall not claim that this agreement is invalid or request to be revoked on the grounds of not reading the content of this agreement or not receiving answers from DocuVerse to your inquiries.
If you do not have full civil capacity due to age, intelligence and other factors, please read and judge whether you agree to this agreement accompanied by your legal guardian (hereinafter referred to as the guardian).
1. Contracting entities
This agreement is concluded between individual users (hereinafter referred to as users or you) who use DocuVerse services through the DocuVerse website, mobile clients and PC client DocuVerse application software, and other means and Feitian Cloud Network Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Feitian Cloud Company, DocuVerse or us).
2. Content and effect of the agreement
2.1. The content of this agreement includes the body of this agreement and all privacy policies, policies, rules, statements, notices, warnings, reminders, and explanations that we have issued or may publish in the future (hereinafter referred to as the Rules). The foregoing rules are an integral part of this agreement and have the same legal effect as this agreement.
2.2. Feitian Cloud Network Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. has the right to formulate and modify this agreement and related rules from time to time as necessary. The changed agreement and rules will be notified to you 7 days in advance through an announcement or text message on the official website of Feitian Cloud Network Company and the notification will be completed. It will replace the original agreement and rules after it comes into effect. If you disagree with the relevant changes, it is recommended to stop using the DocuVerse service after backing up important data yourself; if you continue to use the DocuVerse service, it means that you have accepted the revised agreement and rules.
3. Service content
3.1. DocuVerse is a solution that provides users with online document management throughout the life cycle such as online file storage and management, sharing and cross-platform access, groups and permissions, production flow, approval and archiving. These functional services may be based on user needs. Changes, as they are optimized or modified due to different service versions or the service provider's unilateral judgment, or are suspended due to regular/irregular maintenance. DocuVerse is an online storage and online office solution. It does not directly upload, download, copy, share and provide content, and does not make any modifications or edits to the content transmitted by users.
3.2. DocuVerse services include DocuVerse PC client, mobile client, DocuVerse web version (domain name:www.DocuVerse.cn) or other third-party intelligent hardware and software services (subject to the specific ones provided by Feitian Cloud Company). Feitianyun will continue to enrich the terminals and forms of your use of this service. If you have registered to use one form of service, you can use other services with the same account. This agreement automatically applies to your use of all versions of software and services.
3.3. Feitian Cloud Company licenses you non-transferable, non-exclusive use of the DocuVerse software and related elements in accordance with this agreement, the DocuVerse Privacy Policy and other applicable rules. You may make a copy of this software for backup purposes only. The backup copy must contain all copyright information contained in the original software. All other rights not expressly authorized in this article and other terms of this agreement are still reserved by Feitianyun Company. You must obtain additional written permission from Feitianyun Company when exercising these rights. If Feitianyun Company fails to exercise any of the foregoing rights, it will not constitute a waiver of such rights.
3.4 . Feitianyun Company reserves the right to change, upgrade, modify, and transfer the service or any part of the service and its related functions and application software at its sole discretion, and post it on the Feitianyun official website (www.DocuVerse.cn) Announcement.
4. Registration and account management
4.1. You confirm that when you complete the registration process or actually use the services in other ways allowed by Feitian Cloud, you should be a natural person with full civil rights capacity and the capacity to act compatible with the civil acts you engage in. If you do not have the above-mentioned principal qualifications, please obtain the consent of your guardian. If you do not obtain it, please do not use the service. Otherwise, you and your guardian will bear all the consequences caused by this, and Feitian Cloud Company has the right to cancel or permanently freeze your account and claim compensation from you and your guardian.
4.2. You confirm that if you complete the registration process or actually use the service in other ways permitted by Feitian Cloud, you will not register on behalf of enterprises, organizations or other legal entities other than natural persons or actually use this service in other ways not permitted by Feitian Cloud, otherwise Feitian Cloud has the right to cancel or permanently freeze your account, and you will bear the losses incurred accordingly.
4.3. You can use the mobile phone number you provide or confirm or other methods allowed by Feitianyun to register as an account. When registering, you should submit your identity and other relevant information that is true, accurate, complete and reflects the current situation. At the same time, the system will automatically assign a DocuVerse account for you. You can set your account nickname and avatar and other personal information. You understand and agree that the account name, nicknames, avatars and other information you promise to register shall not appear in the account name, set nicknames, avatars and other information, shall not use other people's identity information to register, shall not register for others without permission, and shall not register accounts or set account personal data in a way that may cause misunderstanding by other users, and shall not use nicknames or avatars that may infringe on the rights and interests of others (Including but not limited to suspected infringement of trademark rights, reputation rights, etc.), otherwise Feitianyun Company has the right to refuse to register or stop serving and withdraw the DocuVerse account, and you will bear the losses incurred accordingly.
4.4. You understand and agree that the ownership of the DocuVerse account belongs to Feitianyun Company, and you will only receive the right to use the account after registration is completed. DocuVerse is only allowed on a limited number of devices for the same account. The right to use the DocuVerse account only belongs to the person who initially applied for registration and may not be transferred or provided to others in any way. Otherwise, Feitian Cloud Company has the right to immediately cancel, freeze or withdraw the account without notice, and you shall bear the resulting loss of data, information, etc. If you are cleared or lost, etc.
4.5. After you successfully register, DocuVerse will identify you based on your identity elements and provide services such as authorized login, forwarding, and sharing. ldquo; Identity elements include but are not limited to your account name, password, SMS verification code, mobile phone number, etc. You agree that DocuVerse may adopt different verification measures to identify you based on different terminals, services and your usage habits. Please ensure that you properly keep your terminal and account, password and/or identity information, and be fully responsible for all activities carried out using this account and password/identity information (including but not limited to online clicking consent, online signing of any agreements, and uploading, downloading, transmitting, backing up, synchronizing, managing, and sharing any data). You promise to immediately notify Feitianyun of unauthorized use of your password or account, or any other security issues, and you agree and confirm that unless otherwise provided by law, Feitianyun will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from the above circumstances. Unless provided by law or judicial ruling, your account and password may not be transferred, donated or inherited in any way (except for property interests related to the account).
4.6. When you use the services provided by Feitian Cloud Company, in order to make more reasonable use of storage capacity resources, you agree to use our services in accordance with the relevant usage rules such as the service period, file restrictions, and size restrictions announced by Feitian Cloud Company on storage and other services. our services. If the relevant use, storage, etc. periods expire or no longer comply with relevant rules, Feitian Cloud Company has the right to delete files, content, etc. saved by users that are overdue, expanded or do not comply with relevant rules. If the user did not actively transfer relevant files before, the loss caused by the deletion of files has nothing to do with Feitianyun Company, and all responsibilities shall be borne by the user.
4.7. When you use the free service provided by Feitian Cloud Company, in order to make more reasonable use of storage capacity resources, if you have not logged in to your DocuVerse account for more than [1] years or more, or if you have storage space that exceeds the free capacity and has not purchased member value-added services, we will notify you through the method agreed in this agreement and temporarily freeze your DocuVerse account. For the above-mentioned frozen files in DocuVerse account, we will backup and store them for [6] months for free.
During this [6]-month extension period, you can log in to your DocuVerse account and enter the cloud disk service interface to apply for unfreezing, so that you can continue to use DocuVerse free services or purchase corresponding member value-added services. If you do not apply for unfreezing through the specified method within the above extension period, Feitian Cloud Company has the right to recover the storage capacity and empty the storage data, so you will bear the losses caused.
4.8. If you sign out of DocuVerse or stop using the service, you are requested to process the data in your account in advance and ensure that your account is in a secure state.
4.9. When you meet the relevant termination conditions stipulated in this agreement, DocuVerse will recover the storage capacity and empty the stored data, and the resulting losses (including but not limited to file loss, data clearing, etc.) will be borne by you.
5. Service Usage Specifications
5.1. You fully understand and agree that DocuVerse only provides online warehousing solutions to users, and you shall be responsible for all actions and results of using the service. Accordingly, you should understand that using the DocuVerse service may involve the risk of illegal or inappropriate behavior (or information) from others. You should make your own judgment and action, and bear the corresponding risks.
5.2. Unless otherwise stated, services under this agreement will only be used for non-commercial purposes. You undertake not to copy, copy, sell, resell or use any part of the Service, or use of or access to the Service, including but not limited to advertising and any other commercial purposes.
5.3. You agree to use relevant services in accordance with the relevant rules published by Feitianyun Company regarding the service life, capacity requirements, speed requirements, charging standards and other services for storage.
5.4. You promise not to use the Service for any illegal or inappropriate activities, including but not limited to the following:
5.4.1. Create, upload, transmit, store, download or share information that contains one of the following:
(a)Opposing the basic principles established in the Constitution;
(b)Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity;
(c)Damage to the honor and interests of the country;
(d)Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, or undermining ethnic unity;
(e)Those who undermine the country's religious policies and promote cults and feudal superstitions;
(f)Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, and undermining social stability;
(g)Obscene, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terrorism or instigating crimes;
(h)vilifying, insulting or slandering others, infringing on other people's legitimate rights such as reputation rights and portrait rights;
(i)Contains false, fraudulent, harmful, coerced, invasive of others 'privacy, harassing, infringing, slanderous, vulgar, obscene, or other morally offensive content;
(j)Contains other content that is restricted or prohibited by applicable laws, regulations, rules, regulations and any legally binding norms under the national jurisdiction of China or the country in which you are located;
5.4.2. Impersonate any person or institution, or falsely state or falsely claim to be related to any person or institution, or gain access to the DocuVerse services of impersonating persons or others without the authorization or express consent of others;
5.4.3. Request, collect, solicit, abuse or otherwise obtain another person's DocuVerse account, password or other authentication credentials, or disclose his user information to any non-original user without the original user's consent;
5.4.4. Forging titles or otherwise manipulating identification data to mistakenly believe that the content was transmitted by Feitianyun Company or its affiliated companies;
5.4.5. Upload, disseminate, share or download any content that you know but have no right to transmit under any law or contractual or statutory relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as a result of employment relationships and under confidentiality agreements);
5.4.6. Upload, disseminate, share or download content suspected of infringing on the rights of others (including but not limited to copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights) directly or delete, conceal, or change any patent, copyright, trademark or other ownership statements displayed on or contained in the software;
5.4.7. Interference with or disrupt the normal operation of DocuVerse or any part or function of DocuVerse, including but not limited to avoiding or attempting to circumvent DocuVerse account registration/authentication mechanisms, DocuVerse content protection mechanisms;
5.4.8. Add, delete, or change DocuVerse's functions or operating effects by modifying or falsifying instructions and data during DocuVerse's operation, or operate or disseminate software and methods used for the above purposes to the public, whether or not these actions are for commercial purposes;
5.4.9. Log in or use DocuVerse services through third-party software, plug-ins, plug-ins, and systems not developed and authorized by Feitian Cloud Company, or automatically log in to DocuVerse account proxy authentication credentials for any user, or create, publish, and disseminate the above tools;
5.4.10. Track, view, or operate on others 'access to and use of DocuVerse, its components, modules, data, etc., by yourself, authorize others, or use third-party software;
5.4.11. Violating the seven bottom line requirements of laws and regulations, the socialist system, national interests, legitimate interests of citizens, public order, social morality and information authenticity;
5.4.12. Engage in any behavior that violates China laws, regulations, rules, policies and normative documents.
5.5. You agree and accept that although DocuVerse will not illegally or unauthorized access, use, change or disclose your user file data on DocuVerse, DocuVerse has the right to actively review and supervise the file data you transmit and share through DocuVerse in accordance with laws, regulations and regulatory documents of relevant regulatory agencies. If DocuVerse is used in a manner inconsistent with this Agreement, DocuVerse has the right to make independent judgment and has the right to immediately terminate the provision of part or all of the services without prior notice. For the dissemination and dissemination of reactionary, pornographic or other information that violates national laws and regulations through DocuVerse, DocuVerse's system records may serve as evidence of violations of laws and regulations. If you upload and disseminate the above content on the DocuVerse service, you will be solely responsible for any damage or loss caused by any third party.
5.6. If you, as a non-interested party, believe that one or more of the above contents are illegal and illegal on DocuVerse, you can report it through the reporting function on DocuVerse or through the contact information listed in Article 16 below of this agreement.
6. Service Fees
6.1. DocuVerse services are divided into two types: free services and member value-added services. Any free functions and services of this service shall not be regarded as Feitian Cloud's right to waive subsequent charges.
6.2. You can enjoy the paid services provided by Feitian Cloud Company by purchasing value-added services. Paid services may differ from free services in terms of storage space, number of stored files, transfer methods, additional functions, etc. Feitian Cloud Company may announce the charging standards and methods for charged services based on its business policies and display them on the corresponding service pages. If you need to obtain and use relevant fee-based services, please read carefully and fully understand the charging standards, methods and other information about fee-based services at that time. Users can also go to the designated page to cancel relevant charged services. Once the cancellation is successful, you will only be able to use the free services provided by Feitian Cloud Company. Feitian Cloud Company reminds you that after canceling the charged service, you must handle the content exceeding the storage capacity yourself in accordance with relevant rules. Otherwise, you will bear the losses caused.
6.3. You understand and agree that DocuVerse may modify and change the free space capacity, charging standards and methods of the account based on business development, market environment, etc. In order to fully protect your legitimate rights and interests, the above-mentioned modifications and change notices will be publicized no less than [1 month] in advance.
6.4. If you have excessive capacity use due to the expiration of the paid service but not renewed, the expiration of the validity period of the expanded capacity obtained by participating in various free expansion activities held by Feitian Cloud Company, DocuVerse adjustment of the free space capacity, or other reasons, you should Within the reasonable period [6 months] given by Feitian Cloud Company, pay the corresponding fees according to the charging standards and methods for the charged service at that time to convert to the corresponding charged service or remove the overcapacity storage content yourself. If you fail to process the content of the extra capacity storage space in a timely manner within the above reasonable period, Feitianyun Company has the right to freeze and delete all content under this account in order to ensure fair use by other users, so you shall bear the losses caused.
6.4 . You should pay yourself for the Internet access fees that may arise from using the Service, as well as the communication fees, information fees, etc. charged by other third parties.
7. Special authorization
7.1. When you make any form of commitment to Feitian Cloud Company and its affiliates, and the relevant company has confirmed that you have violated the commitment, Feitian Cloud Company has the right to immediately take restrictive measures on your account in the manner agreed in your commitment, including but not limited to suspending or terminating the provision of services to you, and publicizing your breach of contract confirmed by the relevant company. You understand and agree that Feitianyun Company does not need to check the facts with you for relevant confirmations or obtain your separate consent, and Feitianyun Company does not have any responsibility to you for this restriction or publicity.
7.2. Once you violate this agreement or other agreements signed with Feitianyun Company, Feitianyun Company has the right to notify Feitianyun Company affiliates in any way and require them to take restrictive measures on your rights and interests, including but not limited to requiring Feitianyun Company affiliates to suspend or terminate the provision of some or all services to you, and publicize your breach of contract on any website it operates or actually controls.
8. Personal Information and Privacy Protection
8.1. Feitian Cloud is committed to protecting your personal information and privacy. When you use the DocuVerse service, you agree that Feitian Cloud collects, stores, uses, discloses and protects your personal information in accordance with the privacy policy published on the browser or client. DocuVerse hopes to clearly introduce to you how DocuVerse handles your personal information through the Privacy Policy, so DocuVerse recommends that you read the Privacy Policy completely to help you better protect your privacy rights.
9. DocuVerse Intellectual Property Rights
9.1. You understand and agree that, unless otherwise stated by Feitian Cloud, all products, technology, software, procedures, data and other information contained under this agreement All intellectual property rights (including but not limited to text, images, pictures, photos, audio, video, charts, colors, layout, electronic documents, except for the data you upload, download, save, produce, copy, and share yourself) and related rights are owned by Feitianyun Company or its affiliated companies.
9.2. You shall guarantee that unless you obtain written authorization from Feitianyun Company, you shall not (and shall not allow any third party to) carry out activities related to the above rights, including but not limited to leasing, lending, selling, distributing, copying, modifying, reprinting, compiling, publishing, restoring engineering, decompiling, or otherwise discovering the source code.
9.3. Feitian Cloud Company and its affiliated companies enjoy relevant rights to DocuVerse's Logo, DocuVerse, Feitian Cloud Office and other words, graphics and combinations thereof, as well as other DocuVerse logos, logos, DocuVerse's name, etc. Without the written authorization of Feitianyun Company, no one may display, use or otherwise process in any way (including but not limited to copying, spreading, displaying, mirroring, uploading, downloading), nor may they indicate to others that you have the right to display, use or do other processing.
9.4. The intellectual property rights of all products, services, technologies and all applications or their components/functions/names of Feitianyun Company are owned by Feitianyun Company or owned by its rights holders.
10. Prevention of infringement
10.1. When using DocuVerse, you should ensure that any data you upload, download, save, make, copy, or share on DocuVerse has sufficient, complete, and flawless intellectual property rights or has been expressly authorized by the right holder to upload, download, save, make, copy or share the data on DocuVerse, and does not infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of any third party.
10.2. You acknowledge and acknowledge that if you transmit, produce, copy, or share content that violates laws and regulations or infringes on the rights of others, Feitianyun Company has the right to independently judge and handle it in accordance with relevant laws and regulations or qualified infringement notices issued by third parties, including but not limited to, take measures such as blocking or disconnecting links, prohibiting content sharing, freezing content access, deleting content, and restricting accounts as required, as well as adopting appropriate policies to restrict or prohibit DocuVerse's functions or some functions, In order to eliminate repeated infringement under corresponding conditions.
10.3. If you receive an infringement notice, you should immediately delete the infringing content or prohibit access to the infringing content, and contact Feitianyun Company for more information. If you believe that the content that has been deleted, blocked, or disconnected is not infringing, you may submit a written explanation (counter-notice) to DocuVerse in accordance with the contact information in Article 16 of this agreement, requesting the restoration of the deleted content or the restoration of links to the disconnected content.
10.4. If you believe that the content in DocuVerse infringes on your legitimate rights and interests, you can submit a written notice of rights to DocuVerse, and DocuVerse will handle it as soon as possible after receiving the notice of eligibility of the rights holder.
11. Suspension or termination of service
11.1. In view of the special nature of Internet services, you agree that Feitian Cloud has the right to make changes to the service content, and may also interrupt, suspend or terminate all or any part of the service, including free services and/or fee-for services, and notify you in the form of publicity on the DocuVerse official website that Feitian Cloud does not have to assume any liability to any user or any third party except as expressly provided by law.
11.2. You understand and agree that Feitian Cloud Company may regularly or irregularly maintain or overhaul the platform equipment, facilities, software and hardware that provide network services. If the fee-based services are suspended within a reasonable time due to such circumstances, Feitian Cloud Company does not need to bear responsibilities other than those expressly provided by law, but you should be notified in advance on Feitian Cloud's official website in the form of publicity.
11.3. If you breach any of the following circumstances in your use of DocuVerse services, Feitian Cloud has the right to immediately suspend or terminate part or all of the services from you, and reserves the right to recover compensation from you:
11.3.1. You violate the registration and account management terms of Article 4;
11.3.2. You fail to pay the corresponding service fee as required when using the paid service;
11.3.3. You violate the Service Usage Terms of Section 5;
11.3.4. You violate the DocuVerse Intellectual Property Terms of Section 9;
11.3.5. You have violated the infringement prevention clause of Section 10.
12. Limited liability
12.1. All products and services will be provided as is and as available. Feitian Cloud Company hereby expressly states that it does not make any express or implied warranties about its products and services, including but not limited to the suitability of the products and services, freedom from errors or omissions, continuity, accuracy, reliability, and suitability for a specific purpose. Such warranties, statements or commitments.
12.2. Feitianyun Company does not promise or guarantee the effectiveness, accuracy, correctness, reliability, quality, stability, integrity and timeliness of the technology and information involved in its products and services.
12.3. Under any circumstances, Feitianyun Company will not be liable for failure or delay in service caused by Internet connection failures, computer, communication or other system failures, power failures, strikes, labor disputes, riots, uprisings, riots, shortages of productivity or means of production, fires, floods, storms, explosions, force majeure, war, government actions, orders of international or domestic courts or inaction by third parties, except as expressly provided by law.
12.4. Regardless of whether foreseeable or not, regardless of the form of behavior, Feitianyun Company shall not be liable for any special, direct, indirect, punitive, sudden or incidental damage or any other damage (including but not limited to loss of profits or interest, business suspension, loss of data) caused by the following causes, except as expressly provided by law:
12.4.1. Use or inability to use products and services;
12.4.2. Costs incurred by purchasing or obtaining any products, samples, data, information or conducting transactions, etc. through products and services, or other actions that may substitute the above;
12.4.3. Unauthorized access to or modification of data or transmission of data;
12.4.4. Statements or actions made by third parties through products and services;
12.4.5. Damage caused by other product and service-related incidents, including negligence, etc.
12.5. You fully understand and agree that due to the special nature of the Internet system and environment, the information and personal data you share in your products and services may be copied, reprinted, tampered with or used for other illegal purposes; you are fully aware of the existence of such risks and confirm that these risks should be entirely borne by you, and Feitianyun Company does not assume any responsibilities except as expressly provided by law.
12.6. You understand and agree that during the use of products and services, there may be risks of threatening, defamatory, offensive or illegal content or behavior, infringement of the rights of others (including intellectual property rights) and anonymous or impersonated information from any others. Based on the product and service usage specifications, such risks shall be borne by you, and Feitianyun Company shall not bear any liability except as expressly provided by law.
12.7. You understand and agree that when you use certain DocuVerse services, although DocuVerse will use ideological, moral, aesthetic and other concepts that are generally accepted in the mainland of China as the standard, you may be exposed to content automatically generated by DocuVerse that is unpleasant to you or feels violated. You can choose not to use these functions or contact us for feedback, but you agree that you will not hold Feitian Cloud Company responsible for this.
XIII. Liability for breach of contract and compensation
13.1. If we discover or receive reports from others that you have violated the terms of this agreement, Feitianyun Company has the right to delete or block relevant content at any time without notice, and take measures including but not limited to restricting, suspending, and terminating your use of DocuVerse account and services, restricting, suspending, terminating your use of part or all of this service, and pursuing legal responsibilities.
13.2. You agree that due to the information you upload, download, save, create, copy, share through DocuVerse, and the use of other features of this product and service (including but not limited to the emoji function), breach of this agreement, or your infringement of any rights of others (including but not limited to intellectual property rights, portrait rights, reputation rights, etc.) resulting from or causing any third party to file any claim or request against Feitianyun Company and its affiliates, or any losses incurred by Feitianyun Company and its affiliates, you agree to compensate in full (including but not limited to reasonable legal fees) to ensure that Feitianyun Company will not suffer any losses.
XIV. Notice
14.1. Any notice issued to you by Feitianyun Company may be e-mail, page public area announcements, personal network area reminders, mobile phone text messages, etc., and such notices shall be deemed to have been delivered to the user or effective from the date the relevant information is issued.
14.2. Any notice you send to DocuVerse shall be sent to Feitian Cloud Company to officially announce it or inform the user of the contact information described in Article 16, or be served using other notice methods recognized by Feitian Cloud Company.
15. Dispute Resolution and Others
15.1. The laws of People's Republic of China shall apply to the conclusion, execution and interpretation of this agreement and the resolution of disputes. If there is any dispute between the two parties regarding the content of this agreement or its implementation, the two parties shall try their best to resolve it amicably through negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court with jurisdiction in the place where the defendant is located.
15.2. If any provision of this agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the said provision may be severed and the remaining parts will remain in legal force.
15.3. If Feitianyun waives the rights stipulated in this agreement when a user is negligent or breach of contract, it shall not be regarded as a waiver of the user's other or future similar negligence or breach of contract.
15.4. This Agreement shall supersede all previous oral and written agreements, arrangements, understandings and communications between the parties regarding any matter herein.
15.5. You understand and agree that Feitianyun Company has the right to decide its own business strategy and transfer all rights and obligations under this agreement to its affiliated companies based on business adjustments, and the transfer will be notified in the manner specified in this agreement.
